CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to blend hands-on tasks with leadership in our apartment communities. You will guide a maintenance team, prepare units for new residents, and handle service requests while upholding safety and quality standards across properties in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will coordinate with residents, vendors, and leadership, participate in preventative maintenance, and ensure a great resident experience through proactive maintenance and

Competenze

• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
