CWS Apartments in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead a maintenance team across our community, ensuring the property’s condition and resident satisfaction through proactive planning and hands-on supervision. You will manage make-readies, preventive maintenance, safety programs, and vendor relations while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and service aligned with CWS values.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• 2–4 years in apartment maintenance or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools required.
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to travel within major metros and attend company functions as needed.
• Supervisory/managerial skills required.
