• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring quality, efficiency and safety standards.
• Coach associates to achieve world‑class performance and accountability.
• Lead adoption of the Operations Excellence Playbook.
• Identify issues, assign actions, and follow up to completion.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules.
• Deliver KPIs for safety, quality, service and cost.
