Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to guide a shift in a high-volume bakery environment. You will drive world-class quality, safety, and throughput while developing and engaging a diverse team across departments.

You will coach staff to solve problems and meet key performance indicators, ensuring on-time production and cost efficiency. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in food manufacturing, a willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends,

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop the team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring product, equipment, and processes meet world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Foster a culture of associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all associates.
