Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of Bakery or Food Manufacturing operations management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related major preferred.
• HACCP, PCQI, Food Defense Coordinator and GFSI certified; relevant training/certification.

Aufgaben

• Win the shift by ensuring product, equipment and processes meet world-class standards.
• Coach associates to drive safety, quality, and throughput KPIs.
• Engage teams and promote our leadership behaviors across shifts and departments.
• Identify issues, assign actions, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to keep production on schedule.
• Deliver on KPIs for People, Quality, Safety, Service and Cost.
