Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to supervise shifts in a manufacturing environment, driving quality, safety and throughput. You will coach and develop a team, manage priorities, and ensure adherence to the Operations Excellence Playbook to meet schedule goals.

The role requires 3+ years of supervision, a HS Diploma/GED, and proficiency with MS Office. You may work varied shifts to support maintenance and production objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring that all aspects of the shift—product, equipment and processes—adhere to world-class standards.
• Foster a culture of Associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all Associates.
• Uphold and promote Leadership Behaviors and safety standards across the team.
• Identify issues, assign actions, and follow up to ensure completion; escalate as needed.
• Coach Associates towards independent problem-solving to achieve KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet production schedules and throughput.
