General Mills is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide frontline safety and technical leadership for the maintenance team at our Iowa facility. You will lead mechanics and capability specialists, drive maintenance processes, and improve reliability through data-driven root-cause analysis.

The role requires strong collaboration, budgeting oversight, and experience with Maximo or similar CMMS. You will participate in DDS meetings and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a highly collaborative environment.
• Proven track record driving results through process and teamwork.
• Experience reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing.
• Technical capability and knowledge of unit operations and machinery (at least one production platform).
• Strong communication between work groups, cross-functional resources, and plant teams.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics).
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety and engagement-based technical leadership to achieve plant and platform results.
• Direct leadership of the maintenance mechanics and capability specialists.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize team effectiveness and clear priorities.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly DDS meetings and ensure accurate performance metrics.
• Maintain and improve maintenance foundational systems and defect handling processes.
• Partner with Maintenance Asset Care Leader on planning, scheduling, and work prioritization.
• Manage budget by delivering spring plan maintenance & reliability costs.
