Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality across facilities. The role includes coordinating service requests, inspecting properties, and maintaining preventive maintenance programs to extend lifespan and minimize repairs.

You will work alongside the Community Manager, handle on-call emergencies, manage resources and bids, and uphold safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA & CPO certification
• HVAC knowledge desired
• Basic computer skills
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Respond to on-call emergencies at the community.
