Formación

• 2+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, engineering, or mechatronics discipline is preferred.
• Professional certifications in planning and scheduling are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety and engagement-based technical leadership for maintenance teams.
• Drive daily management and DDS meetings with accurate performance metrics.
• Own maintenance foundational systems and defect handling processes.
• Prioritize work, plan shutdowns, and manage budget for the line or platform.
• Maintain Maximo data integrity and coordinate with Planning and Scheduling.
