Job summary

Kraft Heinz’s Beaver Dam Plant seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance personnel and drive reliability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and utility systems. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, train staff, and manage safety and cost objectives on site.

With a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3–5 years in manufacturing, you will implement TPM/KHGPS initiatives, participate in audits, and partner with leaders to improve downtime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with TPM systems preferred; knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance personnel to ensure systems operate at peak production, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Provide maintenance training including maintenance logs and SAP usage.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for tasks.
• Supervise Maintenance staff and support employee development and relations.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and operable; arrange replacements/upgrades when needed.
• Lead preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives; implement TPM and QRMP as appropriate.
• Coordinate and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems.
• Develop and maintain site maintenance logs; monitor downtime and drive efficiency improvements.
