Job summary
The Kraft Heinz Mason City Plant is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, utilities, and Process Safety Management in a complex manufacturing environment. You will drive asset performance, plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance, and lead a team to reduce downtime while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- 3+ years leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS and asset performance management.
- Working knowledge of Process Safety Management and mechanical integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and reliability activities to maximize uptime and asset performance.
- Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Manage utilities performance and maintenance for critical systems.
- Support Process Safety Management responsibilities and risk analyses.
- Partner across functions to strengthen execution and plant performance.
