Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Beaver Dam plant to direct all reliability and maintenance activities, including maintenance budgeting, MRO, and capital project coordination. The role requires leadership in a manufacturing setting and strong knowledge of safety and regulatory guidelines.

The position emphasizes asset availability, preventive and predictive maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering field highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct all reliability and maintenance activities to maximize plant operational potential.
• Maintain facility and assets to meet USDA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA guidelines.
• Coordinate major maintenance and project requirements with production and engineering.
• Train maintenance staff on maintenance practices and CMMS use.
• Oversee the Utilities and Wastewater facilities to meet production demands.
• Lead capital budget development and alignment with engineering.
