Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Beaver Dam Plant is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff, align preventative maintenance with production schedules, and drive uptime improvements.

You will coordinate electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and utility systems, implement TPM/Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 1–5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance personnel to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Provide maintenance training and use of maintenance logs and SAP.
• Supervise maintenance staff and develop employee performance.
• Ensure safe, operable equipment and arrange replacements/upgrades.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and TPM/Lean initiatives.
• Coordinate corrective/preventive maintenance and optimization of downtime.
