Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Muscatine Factory. The role leads maintenance personnel, ensures equipment reliability, and coordinates preventive and corrective actions to meet production schedules and quality standards.

The position requires a engineering degree and 1–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing. It involves TPM/Lean activities, budget management and collaboration with engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 1–5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance personnel to ensure systems operate at highest capability to meet production schedules, quality and costs.
• Implements preventive maintenance procedures to increase equipment life and reliability.
• Coordinate, supervise, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance per procedures and financial considerations.
• Develop and review maintenance logs and manage department budget to achieve positive variance.
• Assist with safety training and participate in monthly safety meetings and safety committees.
