Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a community’s maintenance team in Georgia. You will lead a hands-on program to inspect, repair, and maintain market-ready apartments and common areas, while directing daily tasks of the maintenance staff.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing safety, repairs, and preventive maintenance. You will coordinate training, monitor capital projects, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing Standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Must be able to lift and work heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments and performs repairs.
• Responds to resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Supervises and trains maintenance staff; coordinates team activities.
• Inspects and maintains electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and equipment.
• Ensures safety and compliance with housing standards.
