Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the community maintenance team. You will supervise trades, ensure timely upkeep of market-ready apartments, and coordinate with management for quality service.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction. On-site position with regular inspections and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to supervise and train staff; performance reviews involvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings and grounds.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; coordinate with Property Manager.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance; inspect market-ready apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests and emergencies within 24 hours.
