DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team in Milledgeville, GA. The role involves hands-on upkeep of market-ready apartments and common areas, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safety compliance.

As team lead, you will train staff, monitor repairs, and respond to resident requests within 24 hours. Excellent communication and physical stamina are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA or CFC certification required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings.
• Completes regular community inspections.
• Responds to resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Provides on-call emergency service as required.
• Assists in keeping grounds and common areas clean and safe.
