Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee hands-on repairs for market-ready apartments and common areas. You will act as a team leader, delegating, supervising, and assisting in the work of the department to maintain a high standard of living for residents.

The role requires strong communication, safety compliance, and EPA or CFC certification. You will coordinate with the Property Manager on staffing, training, and performance, with on-site

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment.
• EPA or CFC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, housekeeping).
• Performs preventive maintenance and records findings.
• Completes regular community inspections.
• Responds to resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Provides on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; monitors mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC).
• Leads and supervises maintenance staff; participates in hiring, interviews, and training.
