Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and train the on-site maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of our community. The role involves hands-on repairs of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general systems, with emphasis on timely responses to resident requests and regular inspections.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, supervisory skills, EPA/CFC certification, and the ability to communicate clearly while safely managing equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Min 3 years hands-on maintenance experience in areas like plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA or CFC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on maintenance and repairs of buildings and grounds.
• Act as team leader, supervise and train maintenance staff.
• Inspect market-ready apartments and perform preventive maintenance.
• Handle electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general repairs as needed.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours and on-call emergencies.
• Maintain logs, inspections, and ensure safe work practices.
• Support in coordinating capital improvement projects.
