Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate the community maintenance team. You will supervise hands-on repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance across market-ready apartments and grounds.

The role requires at least three years of hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC, with supervisory experience preferred. EPA/CFC certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record; auto insurance required.
• EPA or CFC certification required.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance workers.
• Inspect and repair market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Lead training, hiring, and performance reviews with maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety practices and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours and perform on-call duties.
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
