New Earth Res in Salt Lake City is seeking a Service Manager to oversee residential community operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and lead on-site maintenance teams. The role requires strong leadership, superb customer service, and the ability to handle emergencies nights and weekends.

• Proficient in intermediate math for budgeting and fiscal reporting.
• Available for emergency calls during nights and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet tools.
• Attentive to community needs with a strong commitment to maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with foundation in business practices.
• HVAC/R certification is encouraged.

• Provide support by performing general maintenance duties.
• Available for on-call duties as needed.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments on time, meeting standards.
• Oversee all property maintenance to support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Engage in preventive maintenance and manage mechanical systems.
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Perform related duties and safety tasks as assigned.
• Provide 5-star courteous service to residents.
