Job summary

LINK is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Performance Management team and execute a wide range of maintenance tasks at a multi-family community. You will oversee tenant service requests, make-readies, and ensure the property is move-in ready with high exterior and interior standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance experience, 1 year in supervision, HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance and repair experience in residential, retail, or commercial property management.
• Minimum 1 year leading a maintenance team as supervisor.
• HVAC systems knowledge and basic electrical/plumbing skills.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of tenant service requests and make-ready process.
• Ensure exterior aesthetics meet high standards.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians.
• Coordinate and manage vendor/sub-contractor projects.
• Build and manage the community maintenance budget.
• Maintain property standards in line with company quality.
• Oversee daily operations and property condition.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Plan and conduct team meetings and training as needed.
