Ford Energy seeks a seasoned supervisor to drive transformation in manufacturing operations, shaping culture and optimizing performance across shifts. You will lead a team, enforce safety, and align resources to hit quality and output targets while deploying data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, team development, and relentless pursuit of operational excellence with a strong focus on safety and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Responsibilities

• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations to create a vigilant culture.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality products and meet production targets.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and resolve safety/quality issues quickly.
• Foster high performing teams, develop talent, and create a collaborative work environment.
• Utilize data to reduce downtime and defects, tracking time and attendance for improvement.
• Commit to continuous improvement, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure product quality.
• Address conflicts fairly, maintain positive relationships with team and suppliers, and communicate openly.
• Drive accountability for processes and standards among hourly staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve operations.
