Job summary

Ford is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly manufacturing team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output. You’ll translate strategic goals into daily execution, coach team members, and drive improvements that boost efficiency and product excellence.

You will manage shift work, cultivate a culture of accountability, and partner with union and leadership to sustain high performance and safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory/mfg experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or MDMP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Lead an hourly team to meet production targets and improve quality.
• Drive data-driven decisions to reduce downtime and defects.
• Develop and mentor team members for high performance.
• Collaborate with union and management to sustain continuous improvement.
