Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated hourly team and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across daily production. The role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration with unions, and a focus on eliminating downtime and defects to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience. Internship and co-op experience considered.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team and drive performance to meet production targets.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Apply data-driven decision making to monitor attendance and improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop high-performing teams through servant leadership and coaching.
• Foster collaboration with union representatives, suppliers, and management to continuously improve operations.
