Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
