The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–7+ years in supervisory or manufacturing roles, with knowledge of PLC controls and experience using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and MDMP is a plus.
