Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As Senior Production Supervisor, lead a dedicated hourly team to meet production targets and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations while fostering a culture of vigilance.
