Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Avia McCormick Ranch property in Scottsdale. This role leads daily maintenance operations, ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and manages service requests to keep units in top condition.

You will supervise a maintenance team, handle on-call issues, and collaborate with property leadership to maintain safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• Maintain safety and risk management per company rules.
