Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Aerie La Cholla property. You will lead the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure upkeep, and guarantee compliance with company standards and regulations while managing the budget and safety.

You will supervise a maintenance team, respond to service requests, supervise preventive maintenance, mentor staff, and coordinate with property leadership to deliver clean, safe, and well-maintained living spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards; maintain safety inspections.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and manage emergencies as needed.
• Monitor maintenance costs to stay within the property budget; mentor staff.
