Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multifamily properties. You will manage a team, supervise make-ready processes, and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, vendor oversight, and cost-control measures while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning property for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Technical degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee Make Ready process per policies and safety standards.
• Client requests: diagnose, repair, and complete work orders.
• Inspect work by team and vendors; ensure quality standards.
• Maintain inventory; coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
