Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee grounds and building upkeep, and coordinate preventive maintenance within the community. You will manage supplies, respond to work orders, and ensure safety policies are followed.

The role requires HVAC certification, CAMT and Fair Housing awareness, and supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license is needed for daily site activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience.
• HVAC certification required; CAMT and Fair Housing recommended.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and manage work orders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate inventory, orders, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to work orders and plan preventive maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Schedule in-house and vendor work; train and develop staff.
• Maintains professional appearance and ensures safe operation of tools.
