Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, grounds and custodial teams and supervise daily activities.
• Coordinate inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Directly supervise in-house and vendor work and manage contractors.
