Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance team and coordinates activities to ensure upkeep of community buildings.
• Manages inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Schedules and performs preventive maintenance and responds to work orders in a timely manner.
