Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience.
• HVAC certification required or preferred; CAMT recommended.
• Must be able to manage inventory, orders and supplier communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and coordinate activities for grounds and buildings.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance; respond to work order requests.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work; manage on-call rotations.
• Train and evaluate maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping staff.
