Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience
• HVAC certification is required for this position
• Fair Housing Certification required within 14 days of hire
• CAMT certification is highly recommended

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, custodial and grounds teams and coordinate work
• Respond promptly to work orders and make-readies
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and company policies are followed
• Coordinate in-house and vendor work and on-call rotations
• Train and develop maintenance staff and evaluate performance
• Maintain tools and equipment inventory; manage supplier communications
• Communicate with residents and communities clearly and professionally
