Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising the maintenance team and coordinating upkeep, grounds, and building repairs at the community. The role includes inventory control, work-order responsiveness, and adherence to safety standards.

Experience in managing diverse maintenance staff, scheduling, and processes, with an emphasis on effective communication and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is required; CAMT is highly recommended; Fair Housing Certification within 1 day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Respond promptly to work orders and prepare make-readies as needed.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and ensure OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate in-house and vendor work, including scheduling product reviews to avoid drop-ins.
• Support interviewing and training of maintenance staff; guide performance and development.
