Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Respond promptly to work orders and make-readies.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Coordinate product review scheduling to avoid drop-ins.
• Train maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping staff.
