Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations at the community, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety and high service standards. The role requires onsite presence and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating requests, maintaining records, and leading preventative maintenance while adhering to budget guidelines. HVAC experience and EPA/CPO certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and supervise staff.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate work orders with vendors.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines across the site.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
