Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, including staff supervision, safety compliance, and customer service. The role requires EPA & CPO certification and basic computer skills to manage software and records.

Responsibilities include coordinating requests, inspecting properties daily, managing inventory, and ensuring work orders are completed efficiently while adhering to safety standards and budgeting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to run on-site software and maintenance tracking
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• OSHA and Fair Housing Laws knowledge is expected

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage maintenance operations across the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper training and performance evaluation.
• Maintain inventory and budget compliance for maintenance supplies.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Assist with unit make-ready and renovations as needed
