Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of a 349-unit community, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality in line with company standards.

Requirements include 3–5 years of prior property maintenance supervision experience and certifications such as CPO and EPA; experience with Yardi and Happy Co is a plus. The role works Monday–Friday and may involve coordinating with ownership and construction teams as part of a new product rollout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to use hand tools and safety equipment correctly.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee and complete the "make-ready" process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for community cleanliness and appearance to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
