Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to oversee and perform upkeep across our residential communities. You will diagnose issues, repair building systems, and ensure common areas meet Greystar standards of safety and appearance.

You will also manage make-ready processes for vacant units, inspect work for quality, maintain parts inventory, and perform preventative maintenance while supporting cost-control initiatives and resident service excellence.

Qualifications

Experience performing maintenance and repair work in residential property settings.
Ability to diagnose and repair building systems per codes.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair defects in community buildings and units per policies and safety rules.
Manage the "make-ready" process for vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling.
Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate supplies with management.
Perform monthly preventative maintenance.",
