Ash Grove Cement Company in Arkansas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan and supervise the maintenance crew, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage mechanical repairs at our facility.

You will ensure safety guidelines are followed, help manage the PM system, and collaborate with Purchasing to stock parts. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on mechanical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 Year / Associate's Degree in a technical field or related area.
• 3+ years supervisory or maintenance experience in engineering or facility management.

Responsabilités

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Provides technical assistance in the safe use of tools and equipment; train staff on procedures and safety.
• Schedules and coordinates daily preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs.
• Inspects job sites before maintenance projects to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Operates the computerized preventive maintenance system to generate work orders and record activities.
• Collaborates with Purchasing to ensure adequate parts are in stock for projects.
• Coordinates and supervises work of contractors for maintenance activities.
• Assists in preparing the budget for capital expenditures for maintenance projects.
