Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the on-site maintenance team for our East Ridge property. You will diagnose issues, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely, quality repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The ideal candidate has HVAC and EPA 608 certifications, with supervisory experience and a focus on safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
HVAC Certification is required.
Experience supervising maintenance and managing budgets is expected.
Plumbing, electrical (unlicensed), and carpentry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Supervises the workflow for the service staff and delegates workload.
Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (unlicensed), and carpentry.
Oversees landscape, snow/ice removal, and general property upkeep.
Communicates effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
