The role requires strong customer service, safety adherence, and proactive communication with residents and staff, including handling after-hours responses and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must provide exemplary customer service and proactive issue solving.
• Oversee maintenance workflow and ensure safety compliance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry basics.
• Strong communication with residents and staff; respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry; pool care and roof/gutter repairs.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal; ensure timely service orders.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers; operate company software.
