Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee and perform mechanical work across community facilities. You will address resident work orders, support the make-ready process for new move-ins, and maintain grounds and common areas to high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; safe use of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from residents and perform routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors and supplies.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar quality standards.
• Inspect work by teammates and contractors; enforce safety and quality controls.
• Assist in budget development for repairs and capital projects.
• Conduct safety meetings and stay updated on OSHA requirements.
