Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness and functionality standards. This role handles work orders, preventive maintenance, and on-call rotation, with a focus on ground upkeep, repairs, and vendor coordination.

You will perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, track materials, follow safety procedures, and support cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification is required for technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and flexibly schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance to meet policy, safety, and code requirements.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks inventory and requisition needs; maintains documentation of service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
• Complies with safety policies and participates in safety meetings.
