Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform tasks ensuring indoor and outdoor spaces meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, make-ready preparations for vacant units, and coordinate with vendors to maintain common areas.

The role requires experience in property maintenance, EPA certifications or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trades.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests and diagnose issues.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and prep for leasing.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and stay within budget.
