Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Kansas City to oversee maintenance operations, staff, and vendor activities across the community. The role ensures safety, compliance with OSHA and Fair Housing standards, and high-quality service to residents.

You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, inspections, budgeting, and on-call emergencies while maintaining accurate records and coordinating resources for efficient property operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and budget adherence
• Maintain records regarding service requests, safety standards, and make-ready status
• On-call emergency at the community and respond to incidents
