Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, staff scheduling, and vendor coordination to keep the property in top condition.

This on-site role requires daily presence, OSHA compliance, budget awareness, and strong customer service. You will work with the Community Manager, conduct inspections, manage inventory, and respond to on-call emergencies to protect residents and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and maintain safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize repairs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond promptly to issues.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff under Community Manager guidance.
